This summer we embarked on a new mission. Wanting to try new routes and experience unfamiliar scenery, The Kings Trail got onto the drawing board. Riding from Hvammur, west of Langjökull and all the way south to Þingvellir sounded like a solid plan for adventure seekers. With some planning and a dab of enthusiasm, the first Kings Trail was ridden this summer. Without saying too much: Here below is a video which pretty much summarizes our adventure:
